01 · Factory-direct manufacturing
Carbonised coconut shell and reclaimed rubberwood are pressed on our own extrusion line in Mueang Satun. Every die change, every batch and every carton is ours — there is no trading house between the press and your container.
02 · Stable heat, low ash
4.24% ash and 70.53% fixed carbon on the finished Model 1000 hexagon, tested by Prince of Songkla University under ASTM D7582 / D5865, report R3821/61. Independent testing on other models available on request.
03 · Container-ready, road and sea
One 40HQ container, minimum 15 tonnes per model, 16–17 MT payload under UN 1361 Class 4.2 with full IMDG documentation. EXW Bangkok published; FOB, CFR or CIF on request. Lead time 15–21 days on repeat orders.

Mookata restaurants
M-109 wood charcoal briquette. Long-lasting burn and steady heat so the pan temperature holds through a full service.
Yakiniku restaurants
Model 1000 hexagon. High heat with low smoke — suited to tabletop grills running under exhaust hoods.
Premium BBQ and steakhouse
Coconut shell charcoal briquette. Low smoke and odourless, so it does not carry onto the meat.
Food factories
Order direct at factory pricing with a Certificate of Analysis issued for every shipment.

Minimum order
One 20FT container, 15–18 tonnes. Mixed containers accepted. Free samples — you pay courier only.
Payment
60% deposit, 40% on completion. FOB, CFR or CIF. Lead time 15–21 days on repeat orders.

UN 1361, Class 4.2 under IMDG, with the documentation prepared by us for every shipment.
