Actual payload depends on the destination port’s policy, the sailing requirements and the carrier’s own rules, and is confirmed at booking. Minimum 15 tonnes per model. Stuffed and sealed at our Bangkok warehouse — the EXW hand-over point.

Charcoal ships as UN 1361 Class 4.2 PG III. IMDG headspace rules cap what fits in each box, so we tell you the real payload at the quote — not at the vanning survey. A 15-tonne order fits one 20FT exactly — start there, then move up to a 40FT at 24 MT when the volume pays.
Start with a 20FT. Move up when it pays.
First order, small risk: one 20FT at 15 MT is exactly our 15-tonne minimum — 1,500 printed 10 kg cartons, one model, nothing left over. Once the line repeats, a 40FT at 24 MT lowers your export handling cost by about USD 26 per tonne, roughly USD 625 saved on every 24-tonne load.

One line carries an institutional laboratory report and we do not lend its figures to the other eight. Raw carbonised shell tests far higher than the briquette pressed from it — ask any supplier which of the two they measured.
The paperwork already exists.
Charcoal is dangerous goods. Every document below is prepared in-house before your booking is confirmed, not chased after it. A Weathering Certificate is issued alongside them where the carrier asks for one.
