From first message to first container.
- Tell us your need. Product, destination port and rough monthly volume.
- Get a CIF quote. A clear delivered price, lead time and terms.
- Test a free sample. Check the burn, ash and consistency yourself.
- Confirm with a PI. Proforma invoice and 30% T/T deposit.
- We produce & ship. Production, DG documentation and on-time shipment.
FAQ
Straight answers for buyers.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Orders start from one 20-foot container, roughly 15 to 18 tonnes depending on product and packaging.
Which Incoterms and ports do you ship on?
We quote FOB, CFR or CIF to your destination port. Because charcoal is a dangerous good, we recommend CIF so we handle documentation and shipping end to end.
Is charcoal difficult to ship by sea?
It is a regulated dangerous good (UN 1361, Class 4.2). We ship it correctly, with the proper classification, packaging and documentation, in full containers with a certified carrier.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We send free samples so your kitchen can test burn, ash and consistency before committing to a container order.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. We offer OEM and private label with one-colour bag and carton printing; the first print plate is free. You supply the artwork, we produce behind your brand.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
