Model 350 — Charcoal Blend · Grade A (Wood)

MANGROVE WOOD AND COCONUT SHELL, PRESSED INTO ONE HEXAGON BRIQUETTE

Model 350 is our blended line, pressed in Satun from mangrove wood and coconut shell. It is not a rung on the coconut grade ladder — it is a separate product for buyers who sell to grills that run all day and are bought on cost per service, not on a laboratory number.

  • Burn time 1.5–2 hours — fast to light, easy to refill mid-service
  • Working heat 400–450°C — enough for mookata, satay and street grilling
  • Sold by the container — one 20FT minimum, mixed loads accepted

Why importers choose Model 350

This is the grade distributors buy when the end user is a street grill, not a fine-dining kitchen.

  • Commercial value, not a premium badge — the blend exists to move volume through mookata houses, stalls and catering
  • A shape the market already uses — hexagon with a centre hole, familiar to Thai and Malaysian grills
  • Retail-ready carton — the 10 kg box is already printed in English, Chinese and Malay
  • Proof before payment — free sample, lot-specific COA, and independent testing available on request

Best applications

Model 350 is built for volume grilling where the fire is topped up through the day. For indoor fine-dining grills, ask about our coconut shell grades instead.

  • Mookata
  • Street grilling
  • Satay and skewers
  • Night market stalls
  • Catering and events
  • Retail 10 kg carton

Why this grade is quoted per container

We publish indicative EXW bands for the coconut and rubberwood grades. The blend is not on that list, because the mix and the packing are set per order. Tell us the volume and the packing you want and we quote your port.

  • Bulk packing — 20 kg woven bag, unbranded, for importers who repack at destination
  • Printed brand carton — 10 kg export carton, ours or your own brand (OEM)
Ask for the current EXW band for Model 350. FOB, CFR and CIF are quoted on request for your destination port, and the final price is confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.

  • 20 kg woven bag — unbranded bulk at the lowest price per ton
  • OEM printed carton — your brand, your design, from MOQ one container

What fits in a container

Loading weight depends on packing configuration, so we confirm the exact tonnage on your Proforma Invoice. Mixed loading is normal — you can combine briquette models and longan firewood in one container.

  • 1×20FT — approx. 15–18 t depending on grade and packing
  • Mixed loads accepted — combine models and firewood in one booking
  • Loading photos — sent before the ship leaves

Export documentation — handled in-house, no broker in between

How to order — from inquiry to first container

Four steps. Most buyers go from first message to a confirmed order within two weeks.

  • 1 · Tell us your port and volume — we reply with a CIF quote the same day
  • 2 · Test a free sample — you pay only the courier
  • 3 · Confirm spec and packaging — Proforma Invoice, payment T/T 60/40
  • 4 · Production and loading in 15–21 days — loading photos before the ship leaves

What importers ask before the first container

How is the blend different from your coconut grades?

Different material, different job. The coconut grades are low-ash charcoal for indoor restaurant grills. Model 350 is a mangrove and coconut shell blend with a shorter burn and a higher ash level, made to be affordable at volume for open-air and street grilling. Ask for both samples if you are not sure which one your market wants.

Can I order less than a full container?

The minimum is one 20FT container, roughly 15–18 tons depending on grade and packing. You can mix models and packing types inside one container, so you can trial several specifications at once.

Can I get a sample first? Is it charged?

Samples are free. You only pay the courier cost. The sample ships with the COA of that sample lot; your shipment is issued its own lot-specific COA at production, so the document you receive matches the goods you receive.

Can you print our own brand?

Yes. We already produce private label for brands in China, the Gulf and the Maldives. Minimum is one container.

Charcoal is dangerous goods — is booking difficult?

We prepare the UN 1361 Class 4.2 documentation in-house and arrange the booking. This is routine work for us, not a first time.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Tell us your destination port and we will quote the term you prefer.

The next step takes two minutes

Send us your destination port and the volume you need. We will come back with a quote, the COA, and a free sample. No obligation.
