Cube 25 mm — Coconut Shell · 10 kg Bulk Carton
THE SAME 25 MM CUBE, PACKED FOR VOLUME — 10 KG EXPORT CARTON
This is the same coconut shell cube we press for the 800 g retail box, supplied in a plain 10 kg export carton instead. It is the format for food-service buyers, wholesalers and importers who repack or print at destination.
- Burn time 60–90 minutes per cube — steady heat, no refuelling mid-session
- 25 mm cube (2.5 × 2.5 × 2.5 cm) — pressed to one size, batch after batch
- MOQ 14 tons — one 20FT container (27.6 tons in a 40FT), mixed loads accepted
Why importers choose the 10 kg carton
Numbers matter, but this is what they mean for your business.
- Lower cost per kilo — no inner boxes and no print, so more charcoal per carton and per container
- Repack on your terms — bulk cube for your own retail box, your own weight, your own market
- One factory, one standard — we press, grade and load ourselves, so every container is pressed and graded to the same specification
- Proof before payment — free sample, lot-specific COA, and independent testing available on request
Best applications
The 10 kg carton is bought by the pallet, not by the piece. If you need a retail-ready box on the shelf, ask for the 800 g inner box instead.
- Food service & central kitchens
- Wholesale distribution
- Repacking into your own retail box
- Shisha lounges buying in volume
- Tabletop grills
- Private label
Why the price ranges — packaging, not charcoal
You saw the range in the price card — USD 3,200–4,300 EXW. The charcoal in the 10 kg carton and in the 800 g retail box is the same. The range is the box and the print.
- Plain 10 kg carton — from USD 3,200 / ton. The lowest cost per kilo, for importers who repack or print at destination.
- Printed brand packing — up to USD 4,300 / ton. Inner boxes and master cartons in your artwork (OEM), first 1-colour print block free.
Indicative EXW price, Satun factory, June 2026 basis. FOB Laem Chabang / CFR / CIF quoted on request for your destination port. The final price is confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.

- 10 kg export carton — plain bulk, the lowest cost per kilo

- OEM printed box — your brand, 1-colour logo with the first print block free; plain unbranded also available
What fits in a container
Loading weight depends on packing configuration, so we confirm the exact tonnage on your Proforma Invoice. Mixed loading is normal — you can combine cube with our briquette grades in one container.
- 1×20FT — approx. 14 t in 10 kg export cartons
- 1×40FT — approx. 27.6 t in 10 kg export cartons
- Mixed loads accepted — combine grades and formats in one booking
Export documentation — handled in-house, no broker in between
Charcoal is dangerous goods — UN 1361, Class 4.2, Packing Group III, IMDG. Many shipping lines refuse a booking when the paperwork is wrong. We prepare the whole set ourselves.
- Quality: lot-specific COA · MSDS / SDS · independent lab testing available on request
- Shipping: DG declaration UN 1361 · Packing List / Invoice · Bill of Lading
- Duty: Certificate of Origin · ASEAN Form D · other Thai FTA forms
The financial reason to buy from Thailand. ASEAN buyers may qualify for preferential duty under Form D, subject to the applicable rules of origin. For other destinations, tell us your country and HS code and we can help you check the applicable import tariff.
How to order — from inquiry to first container
Four steps. Most buyers go from first message to a confirmed order within two weeks.
- 1 · Tell us your port and volume — we reply with a CIF quote the same day
- 2 · Test a free sample — you pay only the courier
- 3 · Confirm spec and packaging — Proforma Invoice, payment T/T 60/40
- 4 · Production and loading in 15–21 days — loading photos before the ship leaves
What importers ask before the first container
Is the charcoal different from the 800 g retail box?
No. Same coconut shell cube, same 25 mm size, same burn window. Only the packing is different — plain 10 kg carton instead of printed 800 g inner boxes.
Can I order less than a full container?
The minimum is one 20FT container, about 14 tons (a 40FT takes 27.6 tons). You can mix cube with our briquette grades inside one container, so you can trial several formats at once.
Can I get a sample first? Is it charged?
Samples are free. You only pay the courier cost. The sample ships with the COA of that sample lot; your shipment is issued its own lot-specific COA at production, so the document you receive matches the goods you receive.
Can you print our own brand?
Yes. A 1-colour logo on the first print block is free of charge, and plain unbranded packaging is available. We already produce private label for brands in China, the Gulf and the Maldives. Minimum is one container.
Charcoal is dangerous goods — is booking difficult?
We prepare the UN 1361 Class 4.2 Packing Group III documentation in-house and arrange the booking. This is routine work for us, not a first time.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FOB Laem Chabang, CFR and CIF. Tell us your destination port and we will quote the term you prefer.
The next step takes two minutes
Send us your destination port and the volume you need. We will come back with a quote, the COA, and a free sample. No obligation.
